One Feed for Weekly Grocery Ads

1. Acceptance

By using Peanut Shopper or signing in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Peanut Shopper Provides

Peanut Shopper helps users find grocery stores, view grocery flyers, save favorite store types, receive notices, and keep a shopping list. We are not a grocery store, retailer, seller, payment processor, delivery provider, or manufacturer.

3. Flyers, Ads, Prices, and Store Data

Grocery flyers, ad images, prices, coupons, dates, store hours, locations, product availability, and related information may come from stores, public pages, uploaded materials, APIs, OCR, manual review, or other sources. This information can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable.

• Always verify prices, dates, coupons, availability, allergens, restrictions, and pickup/delivery terms with the store.
• Peanut Shopper does not guarantee that any advertised product, price, coupon, or promotion will be honored.
• Store names, logos, trademarks, flyers, and product images belong to their respective owners.
• Listing a store or flyer does not mean the store sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Peanut Shopper.

4. Accounts and Sign-In

You may sign in with supported methods such as OAuth or email magic codes/links. You are responsible for access to your email, OAuth account, browser, and devices. Anyone who can access your email or authenticated device may be able to access your Peanut Shopper account.

• Magic links and codes are transactional sign-in messages and may expire quickly.
• You should not forward sign-in links or codes to anyone.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused or creates risk for the service.

5. Shopping Lists, Favorites, and Private Account Data

Shopping lists, favorites, account notifications, and map preferences are designed to sync as encrypted account documents when you are signed in. Peanut Shopper does not want or need your personal shopping-list contents for analytics, advertising, or resale.

• Do not store passwords, payment information, medical data, government IDs, or other sensitive information in your list.
• You are responsible for what you type, save, upload, or share through the service.
• We are not liable for lost, corrupted, conflicting, deleted, delayed, or unavailable user content.

6. Reports, Support Tickets, and Future Comments

If you submit reports, support tickets, replies, uploads, comments, or other content, you must have the right to submit it and it must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spam, infringing, or harmful. You give Peanut Shopper permission to use that submitted content to operate, debug, moderate, improve, and support the service.

Support replies and notices are informational only. Peanut Shopper is not responsible for user-submitted content or for actions users take based on support replies, reports, comments, flyer data, or store information.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not attack, disrupt, scrape abusively, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
• Do not use Peanut Shopper to send spam, harass others, impersonate anyone, or submit false or misleading reports.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content that violates another party's rights.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates law or store terms that apply to you.

8. Third-Party Services

Peanut Shopper may rely on third-party services for sign-in, email delivery, hosting, maps, geocoding, store data, flyer sources, and analytics-free operational infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, apps, stores, products, or promotions.

9. No Warranties

Peanut Shopper is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Peanut Shopper and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost savings; lost data; account misuse; grocery purchase decisions; store errors; flyer inaccuracies; user content; or service interruptions.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
